It is revealed that Apple's self-developed chip IMAC Pro is expected to launch a 27 inch screen in the first half of next year
On November 1, according to foreign media reports, since the self-developed MAC chip plan was announced on June 22 last year, Apple has launched three self-developed MAC chips based on ARM Architecture: M1, M1 pro and M1 max, as well as a number of MAC products equipped with self-developed M-series chips.
In the current apple mac product line, the MacBook Air, 13 inch MacBook Pro, mac mini and 24 inch IMAC are all equipped with M1 chips, and the newly launched 14 inch and 16 inch MacBook Pro are M1 pro and M1 Max chips. Among the MACS on sale, only 27 inch IMAC and Mac Pro are still equipped with Intel processors, and the Mac Mini also has Intel versions on sale.
The source revealed that the 27 inch IMAC is also expected to turn to self-developed chips in the first half of next year.
According to the source, apple is preparing to launch an iMac (pro) in the first half of next year. The design is similar to the 24 inch IMAC. The M1 pro or M1 Max chip developed by Apple will probably have a 27 inch screen, which will replace the 27 inch IMAC with Intel processor.
